1. Clean-Up



• Reinstate LMS integration - DONE.
• Assigned Role Review - Access - IN-PROGRESS.
• Appointment Type Review and Alignment - IN-PROGRESS.
• Reason Code Review and Alignment - IN-PROGRESS.

2. Create HTML Email Templates



• General Counseling - DONE.
• Built by Appointment Type.
• Will meet with each area lead to receive input.



3. Create Argos Reports



• No show report - IN-PROGRESS.
• Reason Codes by Appointment Type (area).
• Will meet with each area lead to receive input on needed reporting.



4. Import MIS Data



• Once data integrity exists.
• Similar to online orientation setup - automatically populate MIS fields based on appointment type and reason code or speed note(s).



5. Thereafter...



• Re-branding.
• Training sessions and videos for counselors, teaching faculty, and students.
• Additional automated flag creation.
• Re-introduction of progress surveys.
